Digital product

Operator Control System is a downloadable business-operations toolkit delivered electronically. By purchasing or using it, you agree to these terms.

License

Your purchase provides a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use within one business unless a different license is stated at checkout. You may modify the files for internal business use. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, or make the source files available as a competing product.

Payment and delivery

Payment is processed by Stripe. Access is delivered electronically using the email provided at checkout through the secure customer-download flow.

Refunds

Because this is a digital product, refunds are handled on an issue basis. Requests submitted within 14 days of purchase will be reviewed when the product is materially defective, the files cannot be accessed after reasonable delivery support, or a duplicate purchase occurred.

The product is a management and operational-control tool. It is not accounting, audit, legal, tax, regulatory, compliance, lending, investment, financial, or other professional advice.

No guarantee of results

Operational examples, ROI calculations and sample data are illustrative. Results depend on your inputs, implementation and business conditions. No specific savings, revenue, risk reduction or business outcome is guaranteed.
