The $70 upgrade requires a prior Starter purchase; use the same checkout email for both orders.

These links open protected sign-in pages. They do not grant access without an authorized purchase.

If access is not available

  1. Check that Stripe shows a successful payment. Use the checkout email, including the same spelling.
  2. If the payment was recent, allow the next hourly access-processing run, then try the portal again.
  3. If the portal requests an email sign-in code or link, check your spam folder as well as your inbox.
  4. If access still fails, contact support@opscontrolhq.com. Include the product purchased, checkout email, approximate purchase time and the error shown. A receipt reference is useful; never send card details or passwords.

Do not purchase again to fix an access problem. Support can review the existing order.

Your first useful session

Starter: begin with one recurring issue

  1. Record an exception and its operational impact.
  2. Assign an owner, a next action and a due date.
  3. Add the control that would prevent recurrence.
  4. Use the weekly review to check progress and evidence.

Starter keeps data in the current browser. Export CSV backups regularly and before clearing browser data or changing devices. Exports can be shared for review; Starter does not provide live team editing or cloud sync.

Full OCS: begin with one process

  1. Download the toolkit and keep an untouched original.
  2. Work in a separate copy for your business.
  3. Audit one process and identify its most consequential control gap.
  4. Use the ROI tools only after identifying the specific work and costs an automation would change.

Use your own operating figures. Example data is illustrative and does not predict results.
